Our Centenary year of 2007 exceeded all our expectations, and firmly put Scouting back on the map as a
worthy conversation piece for the world's media.  Much to the surprise of many, Scouting is alive and well, 
not least in Lincolnshire - which is showing a steady year-on-year increase in membership.

Scouting really does offer our young people exciting challenges coupled with fun and adventurous activities,
many of which are simply not on offer elsewhere - and certainly not in a way as accessible as Scouting.
